Friday, October 31, 2014 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral, oak, oak, cherry and raspberry. The body is full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. Tried Coravin, which did not work! Uncorked decanted and drank with cheese at dinner's end. Good a little tight, so tried Vinturi which lost the finish and didn't enhance bouquet. Better unaerated. Drank half and Recorked in 1/2 bottle, and will try again Sunday. NOT MY RECOLLECTION OF CHAMBERTIN!!!
