Thursday, July 20, 2023 - One hour decant. Very deep dark magenta color. Black cherry, saddle leather, Oreo cookie, and anise. Smooth, dry, spicy palate. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.
Paired great with a tomahawk rib at Butcher & The Boar in Minneapolis. Very youthful, with lots of room to grow.
