Thursday, November 13, 2008 - Nose: Slate mineral with a little petrol. Palate: Nice spritziness with some of the mineral characteristics coming through. Somewhat dry styled (in between a Kabinett and a Halbtrocken). Rather simple but well made in this east meets west collaboration of Dr. Loosen & St. Michelle.
