Thursday, November 24, 2016 - Had with Thanksgiving dinner. Last bottle, popped and poured. Similar notes as last year, but could have used a couple hour decant. Initially a bit hard on the edges, but blossomed into a very nice wine (great with turkey etc.). Although I surmised differently last year, it may not have yet reached it's peak.
