Saturday, July 14, 2007 - This wine is all about bouquet. A solid ruby color, a nice refreshing smell, but the bouquet is charming with notes of forest berries, most prominently raspberry. The finish is short... but you'd want to drink it again! Curious to see how it evolves over time in the cellar.
