Tuesday, January 2, 2024 - Ripe yellow apple, ripe pear, plastic/tdn on the nose. Medium + intensity of aromas. The palate is totally different, showing classic Pfalz flavors of tropical fruit (ripe papaya, ripe mango, ripe soursop) as well as lemon juice and lime juice. Texturally sharp from the acid; but the flavors are beautiful with a medium intensity. The whole thing feels elegant despite the sharpness.

Medium body with high acid at this stage. Developing. Very nice right now but going to be even better in 2-5 years. Drink or hold. Great pairing with chopped liver.
