Friday, February 16, 2024 - Decanted for 30 min.
Dark ruby color with moderate+ concentration, pink rim and some light staining to the tears.
Not a terribly expressive nose but there is some soy sauce/glaze, beef jerky, tobacco, black cherry n plum, turned earth also. After an hr plus there’s some dead leaves and a light poopy funk.
Structure is med+ across the board
