Tuesday, November 8, 2022 - beautifully packaged and tight, deep licorice and herbal scents, full bodied, balanced with powerful acid, dry and tannic still, packed with flavors of berry, herbs and dirt, obviously early to open one, this is built to cellar, feels like a clenched fist holding a handful of complexity, hold, try not to be too... impulsive
