Sunday, June 19, 2022 - White orchard fruit notes (especially apple and pear) along with light oak and some creaminess on the nose. Medium bodied with good, open white orchard fruit notes both upfront and through the middle. Depth through the middle makes a nice contrast to the acidity, notable lemon and light oak notes through the finish. Overall, the combination of orchard fruit notes and lemon/acidity worked well together with the oak helping to tie some of the elements in. Should continue to open up and improve and I may open my next bottle in November 2022.
