Sunday, February 4, 2024 - 7 hour decant, then put half back in the bottle for the day after. Even better on the second day. Site is famous for its minerality, and that shone through. A serious wine with great, bold tannins - a cab-lover's cab. Want to do a side-by-side with some Las Piedras wines.
