Thursday, September 2, 2010 - Popped, decanted and drank, saving some for tonight. This wine just got better and better in the glass. Amazingly rich and complex out of the cool cellar and decanter and it just grew and grew but never overpowered. I can hardly wait until tonight to taste it again after a full day in the decanter. Actually, it might not make it past lunch!
