Saturday, May 19, 2012 - CT Offline IV--Hill Country Edition; 5/18/2012-5/19/2012 (Austin / Texas Hill Country / Castleman Ranch): Sweet apricot on the palate, along with some dark, bitter cherry as well. Really nice, but somewhat bitter as the palate progressed toward the end. Certainly smooth enough, and not overly-acidic or tannic. Think the fruit will mellow out to be nice and smooth in a couple to a few years.
