Sunday, January 16, 2022 - Black licorice, loads of dried fruits, sweet oak and vanilla extract. Good structure that mellows the intense initial sweet flavors, but if you have this wine left, drink it.

p.s. NY strip steaks and grilled onions, brocclini and mushrooms.
