Sunday, February 27, 2022 - Rich garnet red. Blueberry, blackberry, rich plum, ponzu, anise, wet white oak, perfume and rhubarb. Hedonistic on the palate without being overly saturated. Some eucalyptus with a presence of alcohol. Deep dark cherry on the finish. We’d recommend drinking now or over the next 5 years.

p.s. snake river steaks with roasted brocclini and cauliflower purée.
