Saturday, October 28, 2023 - Popped and poured.
Much better than expected. A touch of bricking at the edges, but otherwise a lovely garnet color. Raspberry and leather nose.
Still lots of red fruit and mouthwatering acidity. Some tannins remain, all capped off by a savory profile. This one was a pleasant surprise.
