Friday, June 8, 2007 - Very nice juice. Notes of blackberry, dark cherry and vanillin on the nose. Dark garnet in color with a cherry red rim. Tannins are still present but very well integrated. Finishes nicely but with a bit of excessive heat. The restaurant did serve it at room temperature which may have increased the heat sensation. Would definitely like to try their Reserva bottling.
