Friday, March 17, 2023 - I don’t think I’ve seen Billecart-Salmon BnB Grand Cru millésimé before, but it’s true that I didn’t search for it either. It had 6 years of lees aging, so it has a good brioche note. It’s a well-made champagne, but doesn’t have a strong character at the same time.
