It doesn’t have sulfites. It felt slightly more aged compared to its actual vintage (2021). It’s enjoyable now. I’m curious how it will evolve over time, but probably it won’t age as well as the ones with sulfites.

It was disgorged in 2019. It had a high acidity like preserved lemon and tasted pretty lean so I suspect it has a low residual sugar. It had subtle oxidative notes compared to Substance, Millésime or other lieux dits I’ve tried.
