Sunday, January 27, 2019 - Beautiful aged burgundy nose, very clean too. Still showing slight acidity edge of the vintage but not excessive. Just a bit of tannins left, decent complexity and good length. Rich and rustic, showing the terrior of Vaucrains. Should last for quite sometimes. Best bottle from the case so far, maybe it’s finally ready. Begin is singing “Sanshin No Hana”, Okinawa here I come.

1/28/2019 5:05:00 AM - Theme song from a movie called "Nada Soso", a very sad movie and worth a watch. There is a Chinese subtitle version on Youtube. The young lady on the show, Masami Nagasawa, went on to become a super star.
The song is really addictive, I listen to it thousand of times, maybe I just like the sound coming from the 三线, a traditional Okinawan string instrument.
