Thursday, December 21, 2023 - On the nose- Big alcohol note, big rich ripe dark fruits, big dark berries, dark cherries, dark blackberries, ripe blueberries, cassis, figs, ripe plums, berry preserves, red flowers.

On the palate- Big pronounced alcohol note with big rich ripe dark fruits, big dark berries and dark cherries, dark blackberries and ripe blueberries, cassis an figs, ripe plums and preserves with a hint of red flowers. This wine is a crowd favorite style but it pretty out of kilter with the alcohol note being pretty overwhelming, but I can see why people like this for sure.
