Tuesday, April 28, 2015 - Decanted. Clear medium ruby-garnet red. Vegetal, meaty, savory bouquet with notes of shoe polish, stewed fruit, soy sauce. Slightly better on palate but overall not a great showing. Possibly heat damaged bottle? After seeing other notes for this wine I will call this bottle flawed.
