Thursday, November 16, 2023 - Easy drinking Syrah, no backbone to speak of that needs time to soften, this is upfront spicy, dark-fruited and pretty amiable. I had a bottle I didn't publish a note for about 8 months ago that I found pretty hard going but this was on point. Clearly not going to win any prizes but it was about 13 quid a bottle on the table so it get points for even showing up. Very decent and enjoyable. Good on day 2 also.
