Monday, August 28, 2023 - Made from a tiny vineyard of 0.92ha with an average of 70 year old vines. Wine is aged for 12 months in oak, 10% new. Medium garnet, ruby hue. Just after uncorking aroma is overwhelmed by leather, cured meat and farmyard notes, with time it balances out with smoky cherries & strawberries, wet earth, spices, smoke. Medium body, medium- density, fresh and rustic with balanced dynamic and lively structure, bright high acidity, medium velvety tannins. Still growing give it another 2-3 years for it to fully blossom.
