Sunday, December 14, 2014 - Tasted this wine at my year end wine gathering at Jade Palace Restaurant.
Wine was decanted (and chilled) for 20 minutes before serving. Yellow in colour with a sharp, focused acidity in the body. Notes of pineapple and melons with lots of energy, focus and power in this full-bodied wine.
