Sunday, March 2, 2014 - With ribeye with chimmichuri and grilled duck magret with Demi glacé, black truffle, and red wine (this one) reduction... this was perfect. Over the top with black cherry, blackberry, and saddle leather. Big, too big really and not exactly my style but impossible to deny the hedonistic pleasure of this one. Cheesecake, but who doesn't like cheesecake?
