Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Honey colored
Soapy, citrus nose. Odd. Ripe stone fruit.
Tight, nice acidity. Loads of Meyer lemon. Medium plus finish. A little waxy.
My last glass was the best. This wines needs some air. Don't drink too cold. May improve with some age, but ready to go now.
