Saturday, June 25, 2022 - Nose: Red fruits, floral notes
Notes: Tasted together with the Gallina 1996. The 2004 Starderi was elegant with a firm palate. It is perhaps a little hard to describe but the red fruits and floral notes are different from the typical Burgundy kind of notes with hints of meat and game. In each and every way this is a pleasant wine to have and it is still quite youthful although one can have no problem consuming this today.
