Monday, December 11, 2023 - Color is dense, medium purple color, aroma carries more green herbal notes with a savory spice quality with red berry notes after some air, crisp and acidic at first on the palate with strawberry and raspberry fruit and hints of green bell pepper, finishes with astringent tannins. More tart for my taste, still enjoyable for the value.
