Saturday, April 27, 2019 - Unanimous wine of the night. Shy nose of raspberry pastille and pressed roses, but what a palate! Despite all of the tannin having faded away, this is almost architectural in its structure, like it has chiseled shape and definition and mouthwatering acidity without having any particularly notable flavor. Really enjoyable.
