Sunday, December 4, 2022 - Herbs on the nose, creamy, smells quite oaky,
Big and ripe on the palate, vanilla, seems like there's a lot of oak here, honey, lemons, lowish acidity. There's a sort of nothern rhone white thing going on here. Needs food but I like this. Could probably do with a year or two in bottle.
