Saturday, March 30, 2024 - Decanted ~3 hours before serving. It needed the time and air to open up. This is a monster wine with everything turned up to 11. I served this alongside a Niepoort Coche to illustrate the difference in body and alcohol level you can see in white wines. This aptly played the role of the big-bodied exemplar. Very ripe, and in some ways almost cartoonish.
