Tuesday, September 27, 2011 - Very nice. Quickly opened up and within 20min sourness of Chardonney balanced out and taste was rich deep and strong. Plenty of fruits, even level to sweetness.
It smells like Lemon, Orange, Herbes de Provence, and Lavender.
The body is Medium/Full.
The wine is textured Round.
The wine finishes Long.
