Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - Decanted 1 hour. This was a hit with the crew. A great Bordeaux blend from Washington. Would be even better with a longer decant or a few more years in the cellar. It was obvious this wine hadn’t revealed all its secrets to us. I have another and will try and hold a year or two more in the cellar
