Tuesday, December 19, 2023 - On the nose, citrus, a little vanilla and mango. Palate is citrus, melon, gentle oak; a little vanilla and then butterscotch at the end. Slight sweetness mid palate and a tiny bit effervescent. Really luscious mouthfeel. Very nice chard.
