Monday, June 9, 2014 - not final just pop and pour. Almost no aromas, purple color very closed taste. After 3 hours ( it needs more) it open up. New leather aromas and others complex aromas that I can't distinct. Good wine needs time to open up. Paired with grilled beef with parsley, garlic and sea salt.
