Saturday, May 8, 2021 - Red, White & Vintage (Sammamish, Washington): Produced by Sogevinus. Great minerality on the nose. Clear, hay yellow in color. White peach, lime, and slate on the nose. Nice rich viscosity and great acidity on the palate. Rich notes of citrus on a very long finish.
