Sunday, August 1, 2021 - When just opened, this wine has a character of black currant. After a while it turns more into plum. Notes of tobacco and some coffee. Nice tannins in the mouth, good structure.

I would somehow like parsley in the food accompanying this wine. Paired as a Bordeaux to charcoal grilled sirloin with bearnaise sauce and celery root, very good!
