Friday, June 16, 2023 - 2019 Louis Michel etc. (Chicago, IL): Hard to tell whether I liked this or the Forets alongside more; the Forets was more stereotypically Chablis with that mineral, seashell thing, but this was was more open and generous with the fruit. It's less structural and more straight-up open for business. Probably this one for drinking now; the Forets for aging.
