Wednesday, January 17, 2024 - Flickinger Tasting at The Casino (Chicago, IL): Must admit I didn't really like (or maybe understand) this. There are sherried, oxidative notes here, but the wine is very fresh and acid-driven on the palate. Overall, this is neither here nor there and isn't the sort of Champagne I'm personally looking for.
