Monday, December 25, 2023 - Bottle 2/6. Beast of a wine, though not undrinkable with air. Wild underbrush nose. Incredible wild fruit and super concentrated black and red fruit, balanced between the two spectrums. Amazing pairing for Christmas turkey. Better in a few years. 93+/100 for now drink or hold.
