Tuesday, December 19, 2023 - Yet another Terroir Tuesday at Table, Donkey and Stick ft. Clos Rougeard (Chicago, IL): Great density; this feels like it has filled out a bit since I had it on release a few years ago. Moderate earthiness, not too much pyrazine, and just a little rustic barnyard here. Quite pleasant now, but overshadowed by the far more convincing 2017.
