Thursday, January 5, 2023 - Vin de voile. Pnp, analysed in zalto glass. Superb hue of pure gold. Nose of Cognac spirit, cider apples, whalnut. Mouth rich of dried orange, whalnut and disturbing bitter end of dry mushroom. This end palate is spoiling the wine. I think it is corked.
