Sunday, March 3, 2024 - initially, rather closed bouquet, fruity but straight fwd and one dimensional.

day two update: nose is more developed, still fruit with currant and blackberry, but there's more weight, earth and wet leaves, mint. the palate is fruity, a slight sweetness initially followed by some herbal and mineral flavours and a mild bitter but pleasantly green note. the mineral aspect holds on the finish.
