Wednesday, June 14, 2017 - A private lunch (The Pony and Trap *, Chew Magna, UK): Wonderfully classical Amontillado in a lighter and very elegant style, completely dry, tangy acidity and chalky minerality, candied fruit, flowers and nuts, hint of sour butter (like a Palo Cortado), very good length.
