Friday, June 2, 2023 - Sushi Dinner at Hatsu (Hatsu): Blind. Decant since 2pm, initially had touch of spritz on the nose which blew away. Red cherry, strawberry, lovely aroma of red fruits, Crunchy on the palate, good purity of fruits, revealing candies notes slowly.
