92 Points

Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - Candied cherries, honeydew melon, spicy flowers, faint hints of black pepper and cocoa, and hard-to-identify herbs, followed by a wonderfully intense, sweet, and very long aftertaste. Over the course of an hour and a half in the glass, the aftertaste becomes even longer, nearly endless in fact, and even more intense--this is really delightful! I suspect that this wine has not quite yet hit its peak, but it's very close. [Tasted from the Jancis Robinson glass. The score reflects the wine at its best, after about an hour and a half in the glass.]
