Friday, October 27, 2023 - Two hour decant. Very very deep magenta color. Dark chocolate, blackberry, cassis, powdered sugar beignet, anise, pressed violets, and apple cider. Dry palate, with nice, center of the tongue acidity. Firm tannins on the longish finish.
