Saturday, November 7, 2020 - Beckstoffer To Kalon. This bottle was slightly more muted than my earlier notes. The floral aromas were still there. The delicious flavors of dark, mouthwatering fruit was there. The soft, velvety mouthfeel was there. The structure and acidity of the wine was noticeable and the finish was a memborable medium+. While it was the standout wine for the evening, it was off a few points from my tasting a few months ago. Certainly worthwhile to try.
