Saturday, December 23, 2023 - Now tasting the second bottle from the case. It has developed a bit since last time, but it will improve with 5 more years - at least. Lovely nose of citrus, dairy, grass, salinity. Nice ripeness and a touch of exotic fruit. Very good balance, high viscosity and a long finish. So good, but will be looking forward to taste again in a handfull of years.
