Monday, April 18, 2022 - 18042022 - blind tasting dinner at 33 Blue Room. This is intense but still at its infancy. Deep garnet with purplish hint with bright red- purple edges. Intense nose filled with dark fruit, plum, licorice, oak & bell peppers. Further ox brought out the vanilla and violet notes. Initially linear on the palate, the ox coaxed the initially firm tannins into much refined tannins with juicy textures of plum & licorice. Such an interesting Priorat & definitely plenty of potential if cellared further
